Three named clients

Who we work with, and how

Each chapter covers one client: their sector, how long they have worked with us, what they asked for and what the work achieved.

  1. HealthcareGuwahati & TezpurClient since January 2024

    NEMCARE Hospitals

    The brief

NEMCARE Hospitals wanted social media that people would actually watch, trust and share, instead of the offers and facility photos most hospital pages post. Since January 2024, Growthbees has run health education content presented by NEMCARE's own doctors.

    How we approach it

Education first, promotion second: conditions, warning signs and prevention, explained by specialists in their own words. The content earns more than 5,00,000 organic views every month. It reports marketing measures only, never clinical outcomes, and doctors are never described with superlatives.

  2. FMCG · SpicesAssam & the NortheastClient since March 2026

    Sunrise Spices

    The brief

Sunrise Spices held Kristir Milan Setu, a four-day inter-community dance competition at Rongali Bihu. It needed people across the Northeast to know about the event and turn up, on a limited budget.

    How we approach it

An AI chatbot dressed users in the traditional attire of their community, and 193 influencers (14 macro, 179 micro) chosen for their reach inside each community spread it. About 40,000 people created an avatar, and the event drew a full crowd.

  3. EducationPanchgani, MaharashtraClient since March 2025

    St. Peter's School, Panchgani

    The brief

St. Peter's School is a 122-year-old boarding school competing for parents against newer schools with newer campuses. It needed parents to value what only it could offer.

    How we approach it

We competed on depth, not facilities: filmed parent stories, Meta and Google ads, and telecalling that followed every enquiry through to a campus visit. The 2025-26 campaign generated ₹50 lakh in admissions revenue, a 5.65x return on marketing investment.

Inside a case study

What each case study covers

Every full case study follows the same five parts, in this order.

  1. The client and their market

Who they are, where they operate and who their customers are.

  2. The starting position

The problem the client wanted to solve and what they were already doing.

  3. What Growthbees did

The channels, content and campaigns, in the order they happened.

  4. What changed

The results, with figures the client has approved in writing, and the period they cover.

  5. What we learned

Including anything that didn't work as planned and how the approach changed.

Our rules

How we write our case studies

  • Named with permission

Every client featured here has agreed to be named.

  • Figures approved in writing

Every number in a case study has been approved in writing by the client. We never publish a figure a client has not signed off, and we never invent one.

  • Dates stated

Each case study says when the work happened, so you can see the period behind every result.

  • Marketing measures, clearly labelled

Each result says what it measures, such as organic views or return on marketing spend, so it is never mistaken for something else.

  • Regulated sectors handled carefully

Healthcare case studies report marketing measures only, and education case studies never show students without parental consent.
