Car Dealership Marketing Agency

Growthbees is a digital marketing agency for car, two-wheeler, commercial vehicle and tractor dealerships, with offices in Guwahati and Tezpur, Assam. We help dealers turn local buying interest into test drives, bookings and service visits through Google search campaigns on model and showroom searches, Meta lead ads, click-to-WhatsApp enquiries, a Google Business Profile for every showroom and workshop, and model and offer landing pages. Our automobile clients include G.D. Motors, a Mahindra dealer in Nagaon, and Sonitpur Tractors. Creatives follow ASCI's automotive safety guidelines and your manufacturer's dealer brand rules, with clear price and offer disclaimers.

Dealers we work with

  1. G.D. Motors

    Authorised Mahindra dealer, Senchowa, Nagaon

  2. Sonitpur Tractors

We publish figures only with the dealer's written approval.

The problem

Why dealer marketing is different

  1. National campaigns create desire; dealers win the visit

A manufacturer's national campaign creates the desire for a vehicle. A dealer's job is to be the place a local buyer chooses to see it, drive it and buy it, and to keep that customer coming back to the workshop for years. Those are different problems, and national creative doesn't solve the local one.

  2. Buyers decide online before they visit

Most buyers now research a vehicle online long before visiting a showroom. They compare variants, watch reviews, check on-road prices and look for offers. By the time someone in Nagaon or Morigaon searches "Mahindra showroom near me" or a specific model with their town's name, they are close to a decision. The dealer who appears with an accurate Google Business Profile, a clear offer, a working phone number and a quick WhatsApp reply gets the visit.

  3. Enquiries leak between portals, calls and chats

Leads are often the weak point. Enquiries arrive from the manufacturer's website, car portals, walk-ins, calls and social media, and they sit in different places. Salespeople call some back quickly and others days later. Test drives get booked but not confirmed, so the customer doesn't turn up. Without tracking, a dealer can't tell which activity actually sold vehicles.

  4. Tractor and pickup buyers follow the farming calendar

Rural and semi-urban buyers add another layer. Tractor, pickup and commercial vehicle buyers across Assam often decide around the farming calendar and income from the harvest, rely heavily on finance, and want information about government schemes and subsidies. Messaging needs to be practical, local and accurate, in the language buyers use. Growthbees produces dealer ad copy and videos in English, Hindi and Assamese.

  5. Manufacturer and ASCI rules apply to every creative

Finally, dealers have rules to follow. Manufacturers set brand, logo and offer-approval guidelines for dealer advertising. ASCI's guidelines for automotive advertising prohibit showing traffic violations, reckless speed or dangerous manoeuvres, and encourage helmets, seatbelts and no phone use while driving. ASCI's disclaimer guidelines require that price, finance and offer disclaimers clarify the headline rather than contradict it.

What's included

What's included

Ten parts, from the showroom listing to the workshop.

Sales showrooms, service workshops and used-vehicle outlets each need their own accurate listing, with the right categories, opening hours, brands, services, photos and a phone number that reaches the right team. We clean up duplicate listings, keep hours current through festivals and holidays, and ask customers for honest reviews after delivery and after service, without incentives.

Google search campaigns target model and dealer searches in your territory: model names with your town, "showroom near me", test-drive and on-road price searches. Ads point to the model page or current offer, show the showroom location and invite a test-drive booking. Campaigns are limited to the areas your showrooms serve, so budget isn't wasted on buyers another dealer will serve.

Facebook and Instagram campaigns support new launches, festive offers and test-drive events, with lead forms that ask only for what your sales team needs and carry a clear consent notice. Creatives follow ASCI's safety guidelines and your manufacturer's brand rules.

Many buyers prefer to message. Click-to-WhatsApp ads send those chats to your sales team with approved quick replies for the common questions: variants in stock, colours, waiting period, exchange and finance options.

Landing pages for each priority model and each current offer, with variants, key specifications, the ex-showroom price with a clear disclaimer, offer validity, and a test-drive booking form. Test-drive bookings trigger a confirmation and a reminder, so fewer customers forget the appointment.

The workshop keeps a dealership profitable long after the sale. We run campaigns for periodic service reminders to customers who have opted in, seasonal check-up camps such as pre-monsoon inspections, and accessories, plus search campaigns for service and repair searches in your area.

Where you sell pre-owned vehicles or run exchange programmes, we build listing pages and campaigns for exchange and used-vehicle searches, with accurate vehicle details.

Two-wheeler buyers often decide faster than car buyers and care most about mileage, on-road price, finance and waiting period. Many are first-time buyers or families buying a second vehicle for daily commuting. We run search campaigns on model and "scooty showroom near me" style searches, Instagram and Facebook videos of new models and colours, and click-to-WhatsApp ads for quick price and availability questions. Every creative shows riders wearing helmets, and EMI offers appear only with the financier's written terms. After purchase, service reminders for customers who opted in help keep them coming back to your workshop.

For rural and commercial buyers we plan village and block-level targeting around your outlets, short practical videos (a tractor working in local conditions, a pickup's loading capacity), information about finance options, and campaigns timed around the farming calendar. Any mention of government schemes or subsidies uses the current official scheme terms, supplied or confirmed by you.

Every enquiry is tracked by source and sent to the right salesperson or branch, and where you use a lead-management or dealer management system, we connect to it. Monthly reports show enquiries, cost per enquiry, test drives booked and attended, and bookings where your team shares them.

How our dealer marketing retainer works

Growthbees works on a monthly retainer. We don't publish a rate card. After a consultation, we send a written quote setting out exactly what is included. Dealers often increase activity around launches and the festive season, and the quote can be structured around those peaks.

The main things that shape the quote

  1. 01The number of showrooms, workshops and outlets
  2. 02The brands, models and vehicle categories you promote
  3. 03The channels involved: Google search, Meta, WhatsApp, SEO and website work
  4. 04The volume of video and creative production
  5. 05Whether reporting connects to your lead-management or dealer management system

Where we work

Where dealer buyers travel from

G.D. Motors' showroom at Senchowa in Nagaon district sits in central Assam, where buyers come from towns and villages across Nagaon, Morigaon and Hojai, so campaigns are planned around real travel distances to each outlet rather than a single city. From our Tezpur office at Gharpara Chuburi we work with dealers across Sonitpur and Biswanath, where farming drives much of the tractor and pickup demand. From our Guwahati office on KK Bhatta Road, Chenikuthi, we work with city dealerships where buyers compare several showrooms on the same day. We also work with dealers in other Assam districts, the other Northeast states and elsewhere in India.

8 questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

Can a dealer run its own Google and Facebook ads alongside the manufacturer?

Yes. Most manufacturers expect dealers to advertise locally, within their dealer brand and offer guidelines. The manufacturer's campaigns build demand nationally, while dealer campaigns capture local buyers searching for a showroom, a test drive or a local offer. Growthbees follows the guidelines you share with us and gets offers approved before they run.

How do you get more test drives from digital marketing?

We target people searching for specific models and showrooms in your area, send them to a model page with a simple test-drive booking form, and confirm every booking with a reminder. Leads are routed to a named salesperson straight away, because a fast response makes a large difference. We report test drives booked and attended, not just leads.

Should we show vehicle prices in our ads?

Buyers look for prices, so showing them usually helps, but they must be accurate and clearly labelled, for example as ex-showroom prices with a legible disclaimer and the date or validity. ASCI's disclaimer guidelines require disclaimers to clarify the headline claim rather than contradict it. We follow your manufacturer's rules on price communication.

How do you handle leads for a dealer with several showrooms?

Each showroom gets its own Google Business Profile, tracking number and campaign location settings, and every enquiry is routed to that showroom's sales team. Reports show enquiries, test drives and bookings by outlet, so you can see which locations need more support.

Do you market tractors and commercial vehicles differently from cars?

Yes. Tractor, pickup and commercial vehicle buyers are often in rural areas, decide around the farming calendar or business needs, and rely on finance and scheme information. We use village and block-level targeting, practical videos showing the vehicle at work, and accurate finance and scheme information confirmed by the dealer.

Can you promote our service workshop and spare parts?

Yes. We run service reminder campaigns for customers who have opted in, seasonal check-up camps, accessories promotions and search campaigns for service and repair searches near your workshop. For many dealers, the service department is where digital marketing pays back most steadily.

What should festive-season dealer ads avoid?

Unsafe driving imagery, such as speeding, stunts, or riders without helmets, which ASCI's automotive guidelines discourage; offers with unclear or contradictory terms; finance claims without the lender's written terms; and urgency that isn't true. Clear, accurate festive offers with visible validity dates work better and keep your account safe.

How is dealer marketing priced?

Growthbees works on a monthly retainer quoted in writing after a consultation. The fee depends on the number of outlets, the vehicle categories and models you promote, the channels involved, creative volume and reporting integration. We don't publish a standard rate card.
